Ana Popoca-Logue, DNP PMHNP Virtual Psychiatric Care Medication & Therapy
When I was a child, I ranted against God for allowing so much suffering, disbelieving that a loving deity could be so cruel. As an adult with a few decades under my belt, I've come to know that the human experience cannot exist without suffering. We are born through pain & it can define our experience: it gets better!
Dr. Popoca-Logue received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree in Psychiatric Mental Health NP from UMass Global (formerly Brandman University), Irvine, CA. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing degree with a specialty in Family Nurse Practitioner from University of San Diego (2001).
Few professions allow us to be of service to other humans at this primordial level, from birth til death
Our patients allow us to be a part of their lives when they're at their most vulnerable. We are allowed to hold their pain, their hopes & dreams, because we've earned their trust, from a collective standpoint. Nursing allows use of compassion, knowledge, integrity, love, humor, pain, dependability, flexibility, often on the same day!
